I am passionate about building networks and connections among women, generating energy to support their personal growth. Through training and coaching, I help women develop authentic communication skills, self-awareness and confidence to take on new challenges and transform relationships. I have been doing this work for over 15 years; prior to this I led multicultural teams in industry and executive search. I have lived in Japan for over 25 years and am bilingual (English/Japanese).

I practice Art of Hosting and Harvesting conversations and work that matters to each of us
and stewarding the community in Japan. I support and work together with people who really
want to make changes for themselves through whole system approaches and graphic
facilitation. My intention and passion is to enable each person to tap into their own joyful
power and to step into co-creation with others. CIYO enables us to discover our calling in life, often hidden behind our assumption that we should first meet others' expectations of us.

CIYO is a very special program for women interested in self-reflection and a deeper knowing of living in power. This is a very timely program for all women who are looking for a shift in life and leadership"
